• Fees paid for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the disputed charge
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method

11 Termination

AdsinDigital reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

Clients wishing to terminate a service engagement must do so in accordance with the notice period and termination clauses specified in their service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than 30 days from the date of the written notice of the dispute.
